Reporting to the CEO, the Head of Human Resources is directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of the human resource function. First-year objectives include building strong and impactful relationships with executives to front-line employees, analysis of the HR structure, develop and implement standardization across HR policies and procedures, and execute initiatives to be recognized as a ‘Great Place to Work.’
