Tom Christopher

The Vice President, Development & Employee Relations will become an instrumental leader of a growing People team. Reporting to the CHRO, this person will help drive their people strategy and serve as an expert resource to our managers and team members providing core employee relations, development, and coaching services with a level of service consistent with MVP’s people strategy and mission.

Reporting to the CHRO, the Vice President of Talent Acquisition will work with various MVP stakeholders to help set the Talent Acquisitions roadmap. They will be responsible for designing, developing, executing, and measuring talent acquisition strategies, processes, policies, and programs for candidate attraction, external talent sourcing, recruiting, and general candidate assessment. This person will help drive the ongoing enhancement of MVPs employment brand and initiatives through a seamlessly coordinated and integrated communications approach.

Gillian Hagerty

In a critical new role, the Director of Employment Contracts Management will partner closely with the company’s Director of HR Operations, Medical and Operational Leadership to ensure effective management of all employment contracts. This includes oversight of the contract lifecycle, including but not limited to draft modification, execution, amendments, and renewal; as well as developing standards for submission, negotiations, and document management. This role requires close collaboration with various departments, including Integration, Operations, and Finance.
