ELIZABETH, NJ – East Coast Warehouse & Distribution Corp., the preeminent leader of integrated temperature-controlled logistics services, has selected The Christopher Group to lead their Director of Human Resources and Director of Talent Acquisition searches. Managing Director, Nat Schiffer and Recruiting Manager, Meredith Blankenship are leading these critical searches.
The new Director of Human Resources will lead a team responsible for providing support to East Coast Warehouse, East Coast CES, Safeway Trucking, and Safeway Logistics Solutions. This person will work collaboratively with fellow leaders across the organization to develop the programs and initiatives designed to further reinforce the company’s commitment that their people are their greatest resource.
The Director of Talent Acquisition will be responsible for spearheading the company’s recruitment and retention strategy so that every business unit is staffed to meet the ever-evolving demands stemming from the company’s growth.
