EAGLE, ID – Lamb Weston has selected The Christopher Group for their Senior Compensation Analyst search. Leading the Idaho search is Managing Partner, Erin Merker and Recruiting Manager, Keith Wright.
Reporting to the Head of Compensation, the Senior Compensation Analyst will primarily be in charge of the implementation of the company’s strategic plan and supporting market pricing for the US region. The role will have very high visibility to Lamb Weston’s senior leadership team with significant career growth opportunities.
