BOISE, ID – Lamb Weston has selected The Christopher Group for their Organization Effectiveness Senior Analyst search. Leading the Idaho search is Managing Partner, Nathaniel Schiffer and Recruiting Manager, Ayla Davis.
Reporting to the Senior Director, Change Management, the Organization Effectiveness Senior Analyst will be part of a team responsible for supporting enterprise-wide change. The work will involve diagnosing current state, stakeholder alignment, future state design and development, change management/execution and communication activities across key business initiatives including changes to business processes, systems, and technology. This is a newly created role that will be highly visible to Senior Leaders throughout Lamb Weston with significant growth opportunities both domestically and globally.
