Human Resources Executive Marla Debbaudt to Join BorgWarner

BorgWarner is pleased to announce the placement of Marla Debbaudt as their new Global Director, Talent Development.  In this role, Marla will be managing the development, retention and attraction of key leadership talent through partnering with the PDS business leaders.

Most recently, Marla was Enterprise Learning & Development Leader at GE Appliances where she led Talent Management for the company. Marla has also held Senior Human Resources leadership roles with GAP, Inc. and Neiman Marcus. She holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Design and Merchandising from Wayne State University.
