Clark Pacific is pleased to announce the placement of Kristofer Kumfert as their new Chief Human Resources Officer. In this role, Kristofer will be responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization, specifically in the areas of succession planning, talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, training and development, and compensation and benefits, and safety.
Most recently, Kristofer was the Global Human Resources Manager at Ford Motor Company where he was leading a project to create and build out the Electrification and Autonomous Vehicles division of the Ford organization from the ground up. Kristofer has held this role along with many other Senior Human Resources leadership roles with Ford Motor Company over the years. He holds a Masters of Business Administration Degree in Business Management from Kettering University and a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Business Management from York University.
