This Human Resources Director (Head of HR) will provide strategic direction and oversight for all aspects of Human Resources, working in collaboration with strategic corporate and operational business needs of the company. This Director of Human Resources is a member of the Senior Leadership Team. Reporting to this position will be the Site HR Manager, Talent Acquisition and Training & Development Manager, Benefits and Payroll Manager, with a strong dotted line with regional Human Resources Managers. The major challenge this position will encounter is to integrate business strategies, management values, personal attitudes, employee needs, and parent company demands into cohesive and coherent policies, programs, and practices that support the company and retain staff with a focus on results. This position will report to the Senior Executive, Vice President.
This position will be located in the Sioux City, NE area. The search is being led by Nathaniel Schiffer, TCG Vice President / Managing Partner and Nick Calaway, TCG Recruiting Manager.
