The Director, Talent Management will manage the development, retention, and attraction of key leadership talent through collaboration and partnering with business leaders. They will promote the organizations culture and operating model that empowers employees to drive speed, collaboration, ownership, and discipline in support of the strategic business objectives. They will lead and drive the strategy for identifying and implementing training and OD programs that improve the competencies, knowledge, and skill base of current employees. The Director, Talent Management will develop and lead appropriate organizational change management initiatives. They will utilize data analytics to assess and determine strategies, systems, and processes to drive business decisions and implement innovative and cost effective solutions in order to increase organizational effectiveness. The future incumbent must have advanced competency for leading and / or facilitating organizational and training needs assessments, developing internal talent, and identifying external talent.
This position will be located in the Detroit, MI area. The search is being led by Paula Christopher, TCG Vice President / Managing Partner and Samantha Frye, TCG Recruiting Manager.
