DALLAS/AUSTIN, TX – Hill Country Memorial Hospital (HCM), an award-winning not-for-profit healthcare organization, has selected The Christopher Group to lead their Head of Human Resources search. Managing Director, Erin Merker and Recruiting Director, Ayla Davis are leading the critical HR executive search.
The new Head of HR will be responsible for all human resources management and development programs and procedures, including employment, compensation and benefits, employee/labor relations, education and training, employee health, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
