Reporting to the Human Resources Vice Presidents for both Florida Crystals Corporation (FCC) and ASR Group, the incumbent will have responsibility for providing leadership to the Compensation, Benefits and HRIS leadership for FCC and ASR Group, across 13 countries and approximately 6,500 employees.
The aim of this position is to provide value-added and efficient HR services to FCC/ASR Group’s organization in order to support the attainment of business objectives through the attraction, engagement, and retention of top talent. The individual must be strategic in the sense of being able to think broadly and deliver results through formal and informal influence of others. In addition, they much also be tactical in the sense of maintaining strong HR service delivery, addressing day-to-day matters, and solving routine-to-complex problems that emerge. Success in this role is based upon being able to deliver on core HR activity, as well as delivery against key priorities for our business, which are focused on supporting growth and profitability.
This role will sit in West Palm Beach, FL. The search is being led by Erin Merker, Vice President, Managing Partner and Kristen Pace, TCG Recruiting Manager.
