BBA Aviation seeks Director, Group Internal Communications

The Director, Group Internal Communications will be responsible for developing BBA Aviation’s internal communication strategy in order to improve employee’s understanding of our Vision, Mission and Values (VMV), organization change initiatives, and employee engagement. This includes an integrated communications strategy that requires strong partnership and delivery with investor relations, functional leaders and key stakeholders within each SBU. Strategic integrated communications includes: executive, internal, change, crisis, communications, public relations employee branding, and community relations. This individual will initially be an individual contributor, accountable for serving as strategic integrated communications advisors to SBU leaders and teams. The position holder will be required to influence behaviors, decisions, and actions within an SBU without having direct authority.

This role will sit in Orlando, FL.  The search is being led by Nathaniel Schiffer, Vice President, Managing Partner and Kristen Pace, TCG Recruiting Manager.
