Managing Partner, Pam Noble, and Recruiting Director, Morgan Booker, are leading the vital HR search.

In this pivotal role, the Director of People will drive the agenda of Crusoe Energy’s People Team, forming strong partnerships with fellow People Team members, employees, and leaders at all levels to guide and implement effective people strategies. They will serve as a trusted consultant, offering expertise to advise, mentor, and impact our managers on all HR-related matters collaborating closely with the CPO and members of the People Team in Colorado and North Dakota. They will contribute to the refinement and execution of Corporate programs that enhance organizational functionality, employee development, team member retention, and overall company performance while supporting Crusoe Energy’s growth trajectory.
