SALEM, OR – CRH Americas, the leading building materials business in the world, has selected The Christopher Group to lead their Director of Human Resources – Western Division search. Managing Director, Nat Schiffer and Recruiting Manager, Logan Sweet are leading the executive search.

The Regional HR Director role will be heavily involved with and visible to the operational leadership team, helping to support and identify the future growth strategy and continue to raise the bar of the HR function as a whole. This role oversees a team of HR Managers, HR Generalists, HR Admin, recruiters and recruiting support.
