Biography

With over 20 years’ experience in organizational development, Wendy has a passion for empowering leaders, teams, and individuals to achieve higher results. As a skilled facilitator, authentic leader, and trusted thought partner, Wendy’s ability to connect with all levels in an organization has allowed her to be successful in many environments.

Among her career highlights, Wendy designed and implemented a customized learning experience to drive transformational change across a large enterprise which resulted in a 20% increase in employee engagement. She’s coached leaders (front-line to executives) to be even more effective in performance management, high-potential development, talent planning, and change management.

Wendy holds a bachelor’s degree in Business and Human Resources Management from Franklin University and a master’s degree in Executive Human Resources Development from Xavier University.  She’s certified in The Birkman Method®, Prosci® Change Management Process and certified facilitator of Crucial Conversations, Senn Delaney, Coaching Essentials, and Situational Leadership. Wendy resides in Columbus, Ohio and she’s an active member of Women for Economic & Leadership Development (WELD) and the national and local chapter of the Association for Talent Development (ATD).
