CINCINNATI, OH â€“ CommuniCare has selected The Christopher Group to lead their Chief People Officer search. Founder and CEO, Thomas Christopher, VP and Managing Partner, Jacob Humbert and Operations Manager, Matt Duda will be leading the search.

The Chief People Officer will report to the Chief Operating Officer and will lead all aspects of human resources for CommuniCare including, recruitment, talent management, training and development, and compensation and benefits. S/he will build a cohesive and collaborative work environment, partnering effectively with other senior leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives aligned with the organizationâ€™s business plan.
