Managing Director and Chief Marketing Officer, Nat Schiffer, Recruiting Manager, Sally Sweeney, and Operations Manager, Amy Bott will be leading the search.

In this highly influential role, the Head of Talent Management & Portfolio Operations has responsibility for the end-to-end talent lifecycle and accountabilities for the portfolio companies of Hidden Harbor Capital Partners. The role will work closely with the senior leadership of HHCP and the senior leadership teams of the portfolio companies. The role will use its influence to create meaningful employee experiences and cultivate engagement to support a high-performance organization and is responsible for measuring key performance outcomes and consistently improving employee engagement.
