Reporting to the VP of Human Resources, the Director of Benefits position will join ADS’s HR Leadership Team to be responsible for the design and administration of the company’s global Employee Health & Welfare, Retirement, and Wellness Benefits. As such, this role will lead a team responsible for the design, execution and administration of all their benefits and leave management programs.
This role will work with members of the Executive Leadership Team, as well as will be a change agent in ADS’s growing business. Therefore, a demonstrated leadership presence and the ability to build strong relationships and lead change is an absolute must.
This role will sit in Columbus, OH. The search is being led by Paula Christopher, CAO, Managing Partner and Samantha Frye, TCG Recruiting Manager.
About the Company
More than 40 years ago, ADS observed the cumbersome and ineffective materials being used for drainage and surface water control.
