The SVP, Talent Management and Organizational Effectiveness will develop and lead a comprehensive talent management strategy for the US Foods. She/he will be responsible for fostering a talent mindset, managing and supporting a series of company-wide talent initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that talent management processes, organizational development, learning, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning and succession are aligned to meet overall business priorities.
