The Christopher Group Places VP, People Analytics and Operations at FINRA

ROCKVILLE, MD – FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority), a Financial Services corporation dedicated to investor protection and market integrity, has appointed Lisa Arnesen as their new Vice President of People Analytics and Operations. This critical search was led and placed by Managing Director, Pam Noble and Managing Partner, Jeff Wilbanks.

Arnesen will partner closely with the Executive Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer for leading teams to provide strategic and administrative support for all HR systems; people-focused data analytics and reporting; and employee relations. Lisa is responsible for leading a team of HR skilled professionals as well as data analytics, technical and employee relations experts, this enterprise-level mission-critical role designs and deploys the strategic direction – compliant with applicable regulatory requirements and closely aligned with FINRA’s internal and external strategic priorities and core values.

Arnesen brings over 23+ years of experience to FINRA. She has held previous roles at Constellation, and most recently Erickson Senior Living.
