The Christopher Group has placed a new Head of Human Resources for a leading confidential healthcare organization in the mid-west. The search was completed by Managing Partner, Nathaniel Schiffer, Recruiting Director, Ayla Davis, and Senior Operations Manager, Matthew Duda.

The new Head of HR was previously the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at a southern healthcare system and has held other previous senior HR leadership roles within the healthcare industry.
As the Head of Human Resources, this person will report to the Chief Operating Officer and will lead all aspects of Human Resources for the organization including, recruitment, talent management, training and development, and compensation and benefits. They will be responsible for building a cohesive and collaborative work environment, partnering effectively with other senior leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives aligned with the organization’s business plan.
