NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ – Legend Biotech has selected The Christopher Group to lead their Director/Head of Total Rewards search. Managing Partner, Nat Schiffer, Recruiting Manager, Kristen Pace, and Senior Operations Manager, Matthew Duda are leading the search.

The Director/Head of Total Rewards will report to the Head of Human Resources and will lead the Total Rewards function. Their responsibilities will include but are not limited to the planning and execution of a Total Rewards strategy to align with business objectives, build the framework and environment to attract and retain talent, establish and evolve compensation programs, manage the HRIS system, and provide advice to management on all related issues.
