The Christopher Group has placed Michelle Jones as the new Chief Human Resources Officer at American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP). Located in Bethesda, Maryland, this search was completed by Founder & CEO, Tom Christopher, Recruiting Director, Jeff Wilbanks, and Senior Operations Manager, Matthew Duda.

As the Chief Human Resources Officer at ASHP, Michelle will be a key member of the ASHP Senior Leadership Team to serve as a strategic, innovative, proactive, and best-practice driven thought leader on all human resources-related, and talent acquisition and staff development matters for over 200 ASHP staff members. She will directly align the work with the ASHP Strategic Plan, membership mission, vision, strategic business interests (domestic and international) that support ASHP and the members it serves.
