COLUMBUS, OH – Scotts Miracle-Gro Company, an industry-leading lawn, garden, and outdoor living products and services company, has appointed Heather Lucas as their new Director of Benefits. This critical search was led and placed by Managing Director, Nat Schiffer and Recruiting Director, Kathleen Kilkenney.
Heather brings over 17+ years of experience from Macy’s, Scripps Networks Interactive, and E.W. Scripps Company. She was most recently the Director of Benefits and Well-being at Total Wine & More.

Ms. Lucas will be responsible for the design administration, communication and compliance of company benefit programs as well as the management of vendor services and relationships. The position will take a proactive role in identifying, designing, and delivery of new programs and opportunities for benefit program enhancements, recommendations, and implementation.
