OHIO, USA –The Christopher Group has been selected to lead a confidential Head of Talent Acquisition search for a top provider of consumer products. Managing Director, Nat Schiffer, Recruiting Manager, Derek Woodward, and Senior Operations Manager, Matthew Duda are leading the search.
This Talent Acquisition leader will be the main champion for implementing and sustaining an enterprise talent acquisition strategy, optimizing the Company’s work to establish a world-class talent acquisition function, and leverage data to drive decisions. A successful candidate will lead the Talent Acquisition function both strategically and tactically, seeing beyond the horizon for areas of improvement within technologies, processes, and client services.
