WESTERN US – The Christopher Group is announcing a new confidential search for a Head of/ Manager of HR Information Systems. Managing Director, Nat Schiffer, and Recruiting Director, Kristen Perez are leading this critical executive search.
The position will be the Head HRIS for a successful retail chain that is one of America’s beloved brands! While collaborating with HR, Finance, Division Leaders, Store Managers, and others, you will convert the current technology to the future state, Oracle ERP HCM. You will set the vision for the design, delivery, and implementation by building a playbook for the go-forward plan & creating the technology path to include building, testing & configuring the new system. Post-implementation your role will be focused on keeping the company at the forefront of technology & building out an HRIS team to ensure continued growth in Human Capital Analytics.
