CLEVELAND, OHIO – Step2, the largest American manufacturer of preschool and toddler toys and the world’s largest rotational molder of plastics, has placed Tim Gilbert as their new Vice President of Human Resources. Managing Partner, Pam Noble and Recruiting Director, Morgan Booker, led and placed the key search.

Tim will assume the role of the Vice President of Human Resources, bringing his seasoned business expertise to bear in shaping and directing all facets of the company’s Human Resources division. In his capacity, Tim will report directly to the President and take a place as a vital member of the company’s executive leadership team. As the VP of HR, Tim will be instrumental in establishing quantifiable performance standards, harmonizing organizational culture with strategy, and fostering a positive engagement culture within a diverse workforce. The responsibilities will encompass evaluating and leading the current HR team to craft cohesive and aligned strategies for talent acquisition, nurturing personnel at all levels, structuring total rewards programs, overseeing learning and organization development, and implementing HR technology solutions.
Tim Gilbert is a highly accomplished HR professional with over 17 years of experience in the field. Renowned for his exceptional communication skills, Tim has held key leadership roles in various organizations, driving impactful HR initiatives and fostering employee experiences that prioritize success and growth. With a solid educational background, including an MBA from Western Kentucky University and a BA in Corporate and Organizational Communication, Tim has honed his expertise to excel in his career. Through his extensive experience and dedication to excellence, Tim continues to make significant contributions to the HR landscape, shaping organizational cultures and driving employee engagement.
