BUFFALO, NY – Bryant & Stratton College, a private nonprofit institution, has placed Alicia Kenney as their new Chief Human Resource Officer. Managing Partners, Pamela Noble and Ayla Maloney led and placed the critical HR search.

This newly evolved Head of Human Resources, Alicia will partner with the President and Leadership Team as a collaborator, business leader, and strategist from the lens and expertise of people and culture. She will have an opportunity to influence the future and innovation of this long-standing institution and focus on building robust learning, development, and training offerings for non-faculty and faculty members, enhancing talent attraction, engagement, and retention strategies, increasing diversity, sensitivity, and inclusion as well as general leadership of a service-oriented HR team.
