This newly elevated role, the Vice President of Human Resources, serves as a senior level trusted advisor and partner to the (SFSL) President and Leadership teams and acts as a champion and change agent for all associates. This position leads and facilitates the development of the culture and key people capabilities for SFSL and it’s Retirement Communities while driving the securing and maintaining of a productive, diverse and engaged workforce, comprised of the best talent available. In partnership with the Retirement Communities’ functional HR areas, and as appropriate, leveraging SFSL Foundation development initiatives, this role drives and deploys integrated local talent management, associate development, compensation, performance management, organizational transformation, and workplace strategies.
