This Human Resources executive level position will have critical integrated responsibility for the Rockwall intellectual capital start-up manufacturing facility and the profit and loss (P&L) business plan that will strategically align growth, development and deployment. Critical responsibilities will include site leadership, counsel and presence to effectively manage the intellectual capital by implementing compliant Human Resources programs and policies encompassing but not limited to the following: Talent Acquisition & Staffing, Compensation, Performance Management, Training & Development, Benefit Programs, Succession Planning & Coordination, Employee Services, and Workers’ Compensation, Safety & Compliance.
This role will reside in the Rockwall, TX area. The search is being led by Nathaniel Schiffer, TCG Vice President / Managing Partner and Ayla Davis, Recruiting Manager.
