The HRBP Labor provides strategic, consultative and administrative support in the areas of labor and employee relations. The incumbent ensures consistent application of the CBA and serves as the primary contact for adjudication of union grievances, application of progressive discipline, and administration of the Borger Refinery Plant Rules. In addition, the incumbent will provide HR generalist support, including HR-related policy administration, planning, and execution of strategic HR initiatives, and preparation and fiscal management of departmental budgets.
