This is a newly created role which will play a key part in the current Human Resources Transformation. This role will support Materion’s largest region in the US. This will be a true change agent role working with the leadership teams in the eastern region and corporate. This role has several paths within the Human Resources function, including but not limited to HR Director, running one of the COE’s or successor to VP HR Global Operation.
This role will reside in the Westford / Boston, MA area. The search is being led by Paula Christopher, TCG Vice President / Managing Partner and Jacob Humbert, Recruiting Director.
