The Head, Human Resources (HR), Global Manufacturing, Technical Operations & Quality, Vision Care will identify, ensure alignment on, and implement HR strategies and people processes that address both the strategic and operational needs of the business. The Head HR Global Manufacturing, Technical Operations & Quality, Vision Care will also lead, manage, and develop a large team of HR Site Heads, Generalists, and Administrative associates. They also serve as the strategic advisor to senior line executives and managers on all organizational and people-related matters. They will lead and manage all aspects of the HR function within the Vision Care Franchise globally.
This role will reside in the Fort Worth, TX area. The search is being led by Nathaniel Schiffer, TCG Vice President / Managing Partner and Erin Merker, TCG Vice President / Managing Partner.
