The Director, Talent Acquisition, reporting directly to the Chief Human Resource Officer, will lead activities and projects across all areas of talent acquisition including full cycle recruiting, workforce planning, implementing an ATS system, developing employment branding / employer of choice strategies, creating selection, assessment and onboarding materials, as well as training and educating leadership to improve overall quality of hire. The best candidate will have a continuous improvement mindset, a strong passion for talent acquisition, and strong leadership and business partner experience. With an average of over 30 salaried openings at any given time being supported by the small corporate team which includes one other full-time recruiter; the organization is seeking a hands-on, fast paced leader who gains instant credible with C-level executives and candidates alike who can help them successfully select top talent, increase their overall people capability and meet their growth initiatives.
This position will be located in the Fort Worth, TX area. The search is being led by Nathaniel Schiffer, TCG Vice President / Managing Partner and Nick Calaway, TCG Recruiting Manager.
