BOSTON, MA – Suffolk Construction has selected The Christopher Group to lead their Head of Total Rewards search. Founder and CEO, Tom Christopher, Recruiting Manager, Kristen Pace, and Senior Operations Manager, Matthew Duda are leading the search.

The Head of Total Rewards will lead the entire total rewards function while acting as a thought partner in creating programs and plans that continue to pull strategy to reinforce company goals. This person will serve as the subject matter expert, possessing well-developed opinions on compensation and benefits, harmonize all compensation and benefits programs worldwide, and support the integration of acquisitions.
