Standard Motor Products Selects TCG for VP of Talent, Diversity, and Corporate Social Responsibility Search

LONG ISLAND CITY, NY – Standard Motor Products (SMP), a leading independent manufacturer and distributor of replacement parts for motor vehicles, has selected The Christopher Group to lead their Vice President of Talent, Diversity, and Corporate Social Responsibility search. Managing Director, Pam Noble and Managing Partner, Jeff Wilbanks are leading the critical search.

The Vice President of Talent, Diversity, and Corporate Social Responsibility will manage and enhance all aspects of Talent Acquisition including but not limited to all external and internal recruitment activities, corporate talent acquisition website, and all vendor relationships. They will also be responsible for the development of external programs that promote a positive image of the Company, promote the inclusion of existing employees more fully into the work-life of the Company, and programs that promote good corporate citizenship, volunteerism, and other involvement in activities and organizations that provide goods and services to disadvantaged groups in the communities in which they operate.
