Both positions are for a Division Human Resources Manager, one in the Flight Controls Division and the other in the Exotic Metals Division which are a part of their highly successful Aerospace Group. Don’t be fooled by the title as these roles have a remit more aligned to that of a Director or Senior Director in other firms.
