Memorial Hospital is a Critical Access Hospital located in Carthage, IL that includes the hospital, seven clinics, and a Senior Services Campus. The Chief Human Resources Officer is an active member of the executive leadership team reporting to the CEO. This role is tasked with both leading and partnering with senior leaders and is expected to be an organization-wide thinker. This position will be responsible for the development and implementation of HR strategic planning, tactical and operational HR initiatives, and tools that enable the organization to attract, recruit, retain, develop, and enable the exceptional talent necessary to achieve their vision, mission, and goals. The CHRO is a critical function in an effort to fuel the strategy and growth of the organization through its people, including culture, performance, and engagement.
