BOISE, ID – Lamb Weston has selected The Christopher Group to lead their Head of Human Resources, Corporate Functions search. Managing Director & Chief Marketing Officer, Nathaniel Schiffer, Recruiting Director, Patricia Duff and Operations Manager, Matt Duda will be leading the search. Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, the Head of HR, Corporate Functions will work closely with the C-Suite Officers; Chief Financial Officer, Chief Legal Officer, and Chief Information Officer to set strategy, develop results-oriented programs and oversee the day-to-day accountabilities for these designated business functions.  This position will be responsible for several areas of Human Resources management and support, including but not limited to, recruitment and retention, succession planning, employee relations, employee development, performance management, policy guidance, and assisting in the coordination of workforce planning initiatives.
