TRAVERSE CITY, MI – Interlochen Center for the Arts has selected The Christopher Group to lead their Head of Human Resources search. Founder and CEO, Thomas Christopher, Recruiting Manager, Ayla Davis and Operations Manager, Matt Duda will be leading the search.

As the department head, this role has overall responsibility and accountability for the Interlochen Center for the Arts human resources function to ensure Interlochen develops and retains highly engaged associates who create high satisfaction and peace of mind through exceptional Artistic Programs and hospitality, including the development and implementation of effective people strategies, policies, programs, and services. This person will lead and facilitate the development of the culture and key people capabilities and drive the securing and maintaining of a productive, diverse, and engaged workforce, comprised of the best talent available.
