ALLENTOWN, PA – Air Products has selected The Christopher Group to lead their Vice President of Talent, Culture and Engagement search. Founder and CEO, Thomas Christopher, Managing Director, Erin Merker, and Operations Manager, Matt Duda will be leading the search.

The Vice President for Talent, Culture & Engagement will be responsible for the end-to-end talent lifecycle. This role will lead a global team of high performing HR professionals who integrate external talent trends and the business strategy to set direction, policy, and processes for the manner in which talent is attracted, sourced, hired, on-boarded, developed and retained. As a highly influential role, responsibilities will also include creating a meaningful employee experience, cultivating engagement to support a high-performance organization and to measure and consistently improve employee engagement.
