The University of Delaware is pleased to announce the placement of Wayne Guthrie as their new Vice President of Human Resources.Â In this role, Wayne will focus on restructuring the Human Resources team with a big emphasis on redefining the HRBP structure.
Most recently, Wayne was the Associate Vice Chancellor of Human Resources at the University of Wisconsin-Madison where he was hired to manage an organization of 91 and a budget of $5M.Â Wayne has held many senior leadership roles at the Arthritis Foundation and University System of Georgia. He holds a Bachelors of Business Administration Degree from Georgia State University.
