Great West Casualty is pleased to announce the placement of Brian Weatherwax as their new Director (Head of), Human Resources. In this role, Brian will provide the strategic direction for all aspects of Human Resources.
Most recently, Brian was Director, Human Resources at MassMutual where he ensured they retain the right talent and direct key members on the right business. Brian has also held Senior Human Resources leadership roles with MetLife, Emerson, National Management, and American Mutual Life. He holds a Masters of Arts Degree in Human Resources Management from University of Iowa and Bachelors of Science Degree in Insurance Management from Drake University.
