The Director, Talent Development will lead and direct an effective system of learning and development that strengthens performance of associates across all major business units in PTL and Logistics and increase sales effectiveness across the enterprise. This position will enhance the selling and performance capability of the company selling and operations positions, resulting in a significant impact on revenue growth. This role will have an impact on the learning portfolios for multiple business unit functions, process efficacy of what is taught throughout the businesses, thought Leadership Strategic Partners Selection, learning solutions platforms, cross function learning portfolios, and will determine the unique and common needs of selling professionals across the organization.
This position will be located in the Eastern Pennsylvania area. The search is being led by Nathaniel Schiffer, Vice President / Managing Partner and Nick Calaway, TCG Recruiting Manager.
