LANSING, MI – Delta Dental of Michigan has selected The Christopher Group to lead their Vice President and Head of Human Resources search. Managing Director, Nathanial Schiffer, Managing Partner, Jacob Humbert and Senior Operations Manager, Matt Duda will be leading the search.

The Vice President and Head of Human Resources will report to the SVP, Chief Administrative Officer / Chief Legal Officer and will lead all aspects of human resources for Delta Dental of Michigan. This person will build a cohesive and collaborative work environment, partnering effectively with other senior leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives aligned with the organization’s business plan. Responsibilities include providing visionary leadership across the organization and facilitating a culture that values integrity, respect, commitment, teamwork, personal accountability, and celebration of individual and team success.
