BRISTOL, TN – Contura Energy has selected The Christopher Group to lead their Director of Compensation search. Managing Partner, Erin Merker, Recruiting Manager, Kristen Pace, and Operations Manager, Matt Duda will be leading the search.
Contura Energy is a Tennessee-based coal supplier with affiliate mining operations across major coal basins in Pennsylvania, Virginia, and West Virginia. The Director of Compensation will be responsible for managing the compensation function for the entire organization. Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, this position plans, develops, implements, and administers new and revised compensation programs, policies and procedures to be responsive to the company’s goals and competitive practices.
