Biography

Linda is a healthcare executive with extensive Human Resources experience in developing strategies to optimize an organization’s culture and support change management. Proven track-record of expert-level consulting and critical thinking skills with over 30 years of progressive leadership positions. She is a dynamic leader with an outstanding record of achievement who is highly motivated with a collaborative leadership style.

Linda has held multiple leadership roles within Cleveland Clinic. Most recently she served as the Chief Human Resource Officer and also served as the Assistant Secretary for the Board of Trustees. Prior to her CHRO role, she served as the executive responsible for executing transformation efforts throughout the Cleveland Clinic. In this capacity, she was involved in every major enterprise-wide operational and strategic initiative. During her time in these roles, Cleveland Clinic experienced a record period of growth locally, nationally, and internationally.

Linda developed and led a new business venture by expanding the national Cardiac Surgery Affiliate program model. This model provided a method to leverage the reputation and clinical expertise of the Heart and Vascular Institute. This model also served to broaden the reach of the Heart Program brand which has been ranked #1 by US News & World Report for 26 years. In addition, she developed the strategy for and grew the ambulatory and regional surgery practices in multiple specialties.

Linda also served on the Board of Directors for Notre Dame Schools and currently serves on the Community Advisory Board of Cleveland State University.
Linda was recognized by the YWCA as a Women of Professional Leadership, Women for Economic Leadership & Development recognized her as an Agent of Change. Linda was featured in Smart Business Magazine.

Linda holds a Master of Business Administration degree from The Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University (CWRU) and a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology from Bowling Green State University.
