Biography

Jennifer is a highly effective and results-oriented assessor, leadership coach, and organization and leadership development professional. Jennifer sees her calling as working with leaders to help them grow, inspire, and lead more effectively. Jennifer has the experience and enjoys assessing and coaching leaders at all levels including director to C-suite executives in a broad range of fields such as consumer products, insurance, financial services, manufacturing, management consulting, and technology. Jennifer has successfully assessed and coached leaders for a variety of business and developmental opportunities: business turnaround, start-up, acquisition, productivity improvement, succession planning, career transition, leveraging leadership capabilities, skill development, emotional intelligence, leadership presence, communications, and change management. Jennifer’s experience includes engagements and partnerships across all functional areas and regions of the world, as well as, experience leading Procter & Gamble’s coaching practice worldwide.

Jennifer has nearly 25 years of global leadership experience as a senior Human Resources executive. More than 16 of these years were spent with Procter & Gamble leading enterprise-wide cultural enrichment with a critical focus on Executive Staffing, Succession Planning, Leadership Development, Talent Management, and Organization Effectiveness. Senior business partners value Jennifer’s strategic insight and ability to envision and deliver world-class organizational results. Jennifer quickly establishes rapport by tapping into a rich reservoir of global and cross-cultural experiences across all functions and all organizational levels. She is acknowledged as a subject matter expert in Talent Strategy and Assessment as well as Leadership Development having led the strategy, design, and development of these “signature” processes globally for Procter & Gamble. Jennifer is frequently sought to resolve challenges and to expedite strategic alignment to corporate directives. Jennifer is adept at sensing business and organization needs, securing senior leadership approval, and partnering globally for optimal solution creation and adoption.

Jennifer earned her B.S. in psychology from Denison University and her Ph.D. in industrial/organizational psychology from Bowling Green State University. She is certified in Hogan, Birkman, MBTI, Hermann Brain Dominance, Lominger, Biodata, and Cognitive Ability.
