Jennifer has nearly 25 years of global leadership experience as a senior Human Resources executive. More than 16 of these years were spent with Procter & Gamble leading enterprise-wide cultural enrichment with a critical focus on Executive Staffing, Succession Planning, Leadership Development, Talent Management, and Organization Effectiveness.
