Biography

Diane is a seasoned Human Resources executive who has worked in multiple industries from start-up to Fortune 500.  She has been part of acquisition teams in multiple companies helping determine where the cultural divides between the acquirer and the acquired company existed. Gallo is an avid proponent of leadership development and has developed customized offerings that were culturally aligned for her employers and clients.  She brings HR expertise as well as business acumen to her assignments and believes strongly that one size does not “fit all”.  Experienced both practically in organizations and consultatively outside organizations she has been able to provide real-world solutions to business problems that fit the client company or employer and their talent strategy needs.

Diane has worked with pharma distribution leaders, hospital and medical practice groups, financial services, and high-tech companies in leadership roles throughout her career and considers herself industry agnostic.  When she was consulting she had the opportunity to work with government communications contractors and asset valuation firms among others.

She prides herself on her creativity and enjoys working with executive teams to help innovate processes, and procedures, but most importantly, mindset.

She holds and Masters in Management Science, Organizational Design from Houston Baptist University, and a BBA from the University of Texas at Austin in Management.
