MORRISTOWN, TN – NEOTISS, a world leader in thin welded tubes, has selected The Christopher Group to lead their Vice President of Operations search. Managing Director, Nat Schiffer and Recruiting Director, Nick Nelson, are leading the search for the head of the Americas Operating Unit.

The Vice President of Operations for NEOTISS reports directly to the company President with direct oversight of all operations and business development for the Americas. They are a member of the Executive Leadership Team and are responsible for all manufacturing, sales, and the business development strategies for the Americas. At the plant level, they measure safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance while leveraging data to drive continuous improvement. The VP will formulate and implement operational strategies and programs to improve the competitive position and profitability. The Vice President of Operations leadership and expertise will be critical as they identify organizations for acquisitions and new markets for growth.
